Service Types Services of plant equipment can be controlled by different service types. Once a service type is entered the days/hours usage for the plant is tracked, when the usage approaches the plant interval the plant equipment is flagged for service. Internal Jobs Once off internal jobs can be tracked for individual plant equipment. Required dates and usage instructions can be captured on the job sheet. The cost for internal jobs will be allocated against the plants income.
External Jobs These are jobs where clients have brought plant equipment to be serviced by the company. All relevant client, plant and service information can be captured on the job sheets. Once a job is completed it can simply be charged to generate an invoice for the client.
Job Costing All costs against both internal and external jobs can be tracked, this allows you to allocate all expenses against your own plant equipment as well as keep a detailed list of expenses for external jobs.
Job Schedule Job schedule tracks all open internal and external jobs as well as flags plant equipment for service. All jobs are required to be scheduled, started and once finished, completed. Colours on the grid allow for easy reference to the status of each job. A report showing all jobs for a specified day can be printed
